Pastor Owenbey was a true man of God, a mentor and loving friend to so many. I thank the Lord for allowing him to be a part of our lives. Our deepest sympathies and prayers for Sister Agnes and the family.
Pastor Ownbey was a consistent example of what a Christian is. He lived his life led by a true servant’s heart. He was the definition of faithful. He was a true friend in time of need. May his legacy live on through the lives he touched through his many years of ministry.
Dear Sister Ownbey and Family, “Where there is deep sorrow, there is also deep love” — and we saw that love in Brother Ownbey’s life and service. Thank you for sharing him with us. Hearing him preach on Pastor Appreciation Sunday was a gift we will never forget. I pray that the God of all comfort will hold you close in the days ahead. You are on our hearts and in our prayers. Please let us know how we can support you. In Christian love, Alexandria Caldwell
