William Gwyn Clark

William Gwyn Clark, 90, formerly of Candler, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009, at Canton Christian Convalescent Center. A native of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Bayless and Harriett Heatherly Clark. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Rebecca Smith, Ruth Belcher and Estella Moore and a brother, Reverend Glenn Clark. He was a former employee of Pisgah View Ranch. Mr. Clark is survived by nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Piney Mountain United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Reverends Marvin Watts and Richard Watts officiating. His family will receive friends at the cemetery following the burial.
