William Carol “Willie” Schuldt, 71, of 375 Piney Knob Road,
Marshall, died Tuesday, October 29,
2002, in an Asheville hospital.
Mr. Schuldt was born in Washington, DC and was a son of the
late Wilhelm J.K. Schuldt and Harriet Stains Schuldt. He served in the US Navy for 20 years before retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. He was the proprietor of Alfa Omega Sports Car Service in Asheville since 1979.
He is survived by is wife, Gay Heidelberg Schuldt; one daughter, Meg Schuldt of the home; and one son, Fred Schuldt of Asheville.
His family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Friday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue and request that memorials be made to Hospice of Madison, c/o Pam Gregg, PO Box 69, Marshall, NC 28753.
