In loving memory of Sean Blake Holterbach, 8 month-old son of Bridgette A. Holterbach of 79 Fincher Lane, Candler, who went to be with Jesus Friday, December 14, 2001. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Debbie A. Holterbach of Candler; his maternal great-grandparents, Frank and Loretta Fields of Franklin; and his great-aunts and uncles, Diane and Ken Galloway of Asheville, Mary Jo and Rob Clark of Chatsworth, GA, and Susan and Brent Robb of Clayton, GA. Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Green Hills Cemetery with the Rev. Fr. C. Morris Boyd officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 - 2 pm Wednesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue. Flowers will be accepted and appreciated or memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Child Enrichment Program, 531 Haywood Road, Asheville, NC 28806.

There is never anything any one can say to help at a time like this, but please believe you sadness is in our hearts also.

  10. Bridget–There is no greater grief than for a mother to loose her child. There are no words that help during this time. You have to trust that the Lord knows what He is doing. It has been 24 years this night December 17 that I have experience a grief such as yours. If you ever want to talk or I can help you in anyway let me know. I will be more than glad to help you down this road. My eyes have seen the LOVE and the care you have given to your son. My prayers have been with you during these days of such great sorrow.
