Samuel Henry Bushnell

He was the son of the late Samuel Henry and Bess Staples Bushnell and husband of the late Florence Griffith Bushnell who died in 1981. He was also predeceased by a daughter, Mary Justice in 1966.

He is survived by two daughters; Barbara Mraz of Asheville and Patricia Mann of Hendersonville; one sister, Eleanor Sloan of Asheville; five grandchildren, Samuel Henry and Timothy O'Brien Fagan of Asheville, Jeremy Justin and Amy Alicia Troy of Colorado Springs, Colorado and John Michael Justice of Naples; four great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2nd at the chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian with the Reverend Arnie Corriher officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service.

Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian is in charge of arrangements.
