Funeral services for Rebecca Evans will be at 11:00 am Saturday at Groce Funeral Home with the Revs. Dean Huggins and Mike Scroggs officiating. Burial will be at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Rebecca was born in Asheville and was a student at Leicester Elementary School.
She is survived by her parents, Larry W. and Carolyn Slagle Evans, by her sister, Tabitha Evans, by her grandparents, Don & Jewel Evans, and J.D. and June Slagle, and a great-grandcmother, Mae Slagle.
Memmorials may be made to the Ruth and Billy Grham Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Memorial Mission Hospital, Asheville, NC 28801.
