Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Don and Katherine: I am sorry to learn of Peggy’s passing. She was a lovely person and I always appreciated her kind words and encouragement when I was young. My thoughts are with you. Derrick

  2. Please know that my thoughts are with your family during this sad time. I have great memories of Peggy’s encouragement that she always gave to all of us in Ikebana International. We miss her.

  3. Dear Katherine and Don,

My thoughts and prayers are with you this evening as I remember with great pleasure the wonderful times I enjoyed with your Mother. She warmly welcomed me to my first meeting of Ikebana International in Asheville when we moved to Montreat in 1994 and we discovered we were true soulmates in our love for Japan.

Your Mother was a lovely LADY in every sense of the word — I’m certain that your happy memories will comfort you in your loss.

Love and Blessings to you and your family,
    Sally Robinson

  4. Don,

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. She was a lovely woman and I always thought alot of her and your dad. I remember when they would come into the office to see Dr. Battle when I worked for him. She always had such a friendly and positive personality and such a delight. I know you will miss her. Just wanted you to know that I will be thinking of you and your family during this difficult time.
