Pearl Marie Foreman Frank, 88, widow of Arthur Frank and mother of Hilary Frank and Matthew Frank passed away peacefully Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Deerfield Retirement Community under the care of Four Seasons Hospice. Mrs. Frank was born in Kingston, Jamaica to the late Clarence Foreman and Delphina Ward Foreman.

Pearl immigrated to America when she was 18 years old and planted her roots in New York where she graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology and returned later to Kane University, majoring in English. After completing her studies she became a Fashion Designer and Business Owner with a successful fashion boutique in Summit, New Jersey where she moved after meeting and marrying Arthur.

Pearl and Arthur moved to Summit, New Jersey where they completed their family by adopting two children Hilary and Matthew. Pearl’s dedication to her family was undeniable. She was a wonderful mother, sister, and friend.

Pearl was an early adopter of a Natural Foods and Organic Lifestyle enjoyed robust good health nearly all her life. She continued her social, family and other personal routines almost to the very end.

She is Loved and Dearly Missed by her Family and Friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Calvary Episcopal Churchyard in Fletcher.
