Maxine Williams Gray

Maxine Williams Gray, 67, of 398 Deaverview Road, Asheville, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007, at her home. Mrs. Gray was born in Shreveport, LA, and was a daughter of the late H.L. Williams and the late Evelyn Beard Price. She was married to Earl Gray, who died in 2002. Surviving are one daughter, Jodie Jordan and her husband, Ronnie; one granddaughter, Wendi Critch and her husband, Barry; one great-granddaughter, Samantha Reemes; two brothers, H.L. Williams and Travis Barnett; and numerous cousins and friends. No services are scheduled at this time. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting Mrs. Gray’s family.
