Marie Winkler Honeycutt

Arden – Marie Kitchen Winkler Honeycutt, 87, of Pond Street, died Monday May 7, 2007. A native of Blacksburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Creed and Osie Batchelor Kitchen. She was a former employee of Precision Products of Asheville. She is survived by two sons, Billy Winkler, and his wife Anne and Wayne Winkler, and his wife June, of Charlotte; a number of grand children and great grandchildren and her sister, Polly Bourgeois of Woodville, Fla. She also is survived by nieces and nephews, Patricia Marshall, Leo Jackson, Richard Jackson and Gail Morgan. A private family graveside service was held at Calvary Churchyard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Elizabeth House, Four Seasons Hospice, 571 South Allen Rd., Flat Rock, NC 28731.
