Mable Sprinkle Littrell

Mrs. Littrell was born in Allentown, PA and was a daughter of the late William Jarvis Sprinkle and Jennie Pauline Johnson Sprinkle. She had lived in Buncombe County for most of her life and was a member of Montmorenci United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kerlee Littrell, Sr., in 1970, and a son, Richard L. Littrell in 1995.

She was a loving and generous mother and grandmother who will be missed by her friends and family, including a son, Frank Kerlee Littrell, Jr. of Raleigh; a sister, Evalee Teague of Leicester; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Monday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry R. Duckworth officiating. Burial will be at Pisgah View Memorial Park.

Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and request that memorials be made to Montmorenci United Methodist Church Building Fund, PO Box 610, Candler, NC 28715.
