Luther McMahan, 82, of Asheville, died on Sunday, October 17, 2010, at St. Joseph Campus, Mission Hospitals.
A graveside service for Mr. McMahan will be on Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Jones Valley Baptist Church Cemetery, Leicester. His family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. on Friday.
Betty Penley asks that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with the services.

We will really miss Luther’s sweet sense of humor. He was always doing favors for people and always in a good mood – a really good friend to many.
