Lottie Jean Bradford

Lottie Jean Carver Bradford, 64, of 200 Tunnel Rd., Asheville, died Friday, July 20, 2007 at the John F. Keever Hospice Solace Center. A native of Buncombe Co., she was a daughter of the late Edward Carver and Nellie Mae Stone Carver Singleton. Mrs. Bradford is survived by her husband, Henry C. Bradford; daughter, Teresa Ledford, of Burnsville; son, Michael Bradford, of Leicester; sisters, Dorothy Hensley, of Leicester, Shirley Fender, of Candler, Mary Johnston, and Linda Israel, both of Asheville; brother, Billy Carver, Sr.; seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Ave. with the Rev. Jerry Shelton officiating. Interment will follow at Bradford Cemetery, in Madison Co.
