Asheville Butterfly TrailKenneth Daniel Treadway, 88, of Asheville, died Sunday, July 12, 2026 at his residence. Born in Forsyth County, he was a son of the late Okey and Earline McKnight Treadway.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Flint Treadway; a daughter, Kelly Diane Treadway of Leicester; two sons, Kevin Michael Treadway (Wanda) of Fairview and Karey Scott Treadway (Tonya) of Canton as well as four grandchildren, Hunter, Aubrey, and Emily Treadway and Andrew Bailey.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church on a day yet to be determined in September 2026.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Emmanuel Lutheran Church Restoration Fund.
