Harvey Robert Billings, 77, of Leicester, NC, died Tuesday, March 30, 1999, in an Asheville hospital.
Mr. Billings was born in North Dakota and was a son of the late Richard Allen and Mary Walker Billings. He was an Army veteran of WW II and was a retired registerd nurse.
He is survived by a half sister, Mildred Lind of Center, ND, and a friend, Billy McKnight.
Interment will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 1, at the NC State Veterans Cemetery at Black Mountain.
