Everett Richardson

EVERETT RICHARDSON ASHEVILLE – Everett Richardson, 85, of Fenner Avenue, died on Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at the VA Medical Center. A native of Yadkin Co., he was a son of the late Dottie Richardson. He was retired after 40 years as a bus driver for Trailways. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during WWII. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Webb Richardson; son Roy Allan Richardson and wife, Carolyn; granddaughters Amanda Deweese and husband Chris, and Emily Richardson; and step-daughter Rhonda M. Shoffeitt. A visitation for Mr. Richardson will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue. No services are planned.
