Dorothy M. Supernant, 75, has gone to be with the Lord this day, Friday, September 25, 2009.
Mrs. Supernant was born in Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late Luther and Bonnie King Christopher.
She is survived by four children, Charlotte M. O'Connor of Tupelo, MS, Elizabeth A. King of Asheville, Thomas W. and Kelly Supernant of Asheville, and James E. and Donna Supernant of Jefferson City, TN; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and five sisters.
Dorothy will be laid to rest with a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Her family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
Her wish is for all to remember that family togetherness is of the utmost importance in life.
