Dorothy Louise Miller, 85, went home to be with her family and loved ones on Saturday, June 5, 2004.
A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Annie Mitchell Miller and was also preceded in death by her two sisters, Mary Alice Waters and Mildred M. Miller. She was a member of West Asheville Presbyterian Church and is survived by her nephew, Mark Miller and his wife Pat of Arden.
Dorothy’s homegoing will be celebrated at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 12, 2004, at Green Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Four Seasons Hospice of Hendersonville, PO Box 2395, Hendersonville, NC 28793.

What a blessing and joy to have known Dottie! She will lovingly be remembered for her spirit, honesty and laughter. I know that this is not only a time of grief, but also a time of blessing and relief. May you find peace in your heart & soul knowing that she is now at peace and in a far better place than we.
