Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My beautiful aunt Donna was such a sweet intelligent soul. I can remember as a child she was so fascinating. Being a country bumping myself, she was my fancy Aunt that lived in Paris and spoke French. She inspired me to take french in high school. I never learn it fluently like her and my cousins but i tried lol. She was a lover of poetry and kind words. A truly kind giving soul that lived in the ways of Christ. Caring for others above herself and accepting others as they are, in a patient and loving way. The world was a better place with her in it. She has earned her wings.

  2. Donna was a truly special person, and the memories of the meals and conversations shared with her will always be cherished. She had a deep love for her family, great food, the outdoors, and her beloved dog and cat. Blessed with a close-knit group of friends, Donna was also a pillar of her community—deeply active, instrumental, and supportive at both her church and the local senior center. She was a bright soul who loved life to the fullest and brought joy to everyone who knew her

  3. A message to my Mom, she was always there for me through the good times and hard times and all I can say is thanks for always listening. I will miss being a able to talk to you –
    Love Sarah your only daughter

  4. My beautiful sister… Donna Jean was this: Galatians 5:22-23. She was joyful, peaceful, kind, full of goodness, faithful, gentle and had self-control.

Our last visit with her, she said, “I am in God’s hands and if it is my time, I am ready.” There is no doubt in my mind, she is in heaven celebrating with Jesus. What a precious gift she was. She earned many crowns during her life. I always wanted to grow up to be just like her. I pray God gives me a little more time… those are big shoes to fill. I’ll continue to strive to do that. Love you sister.
