  17. Charlie, kids and family,

I regret that I didn’t get to know Ms. Deb as well as the rest of my family but through the stories that have been shared with me I came to know her and love her. I will never forget the first Sunday David went to children’s church under her supervision and I went to pick him up. There he sat with all the other children, still and quiet. I went home and asked my mother….who is that woman, she is a miracle worker. Deb expected my son to be normal. She expected the same things from him that she did of all the other children. For that I will never forget her. My family’s visits to Ecclesia will never be the same.

Deb taught many lessons in the life that she lived. Remember them and pass them along and in that way a piece of her will keep on living.

My thoughts and prayers continue to be with you all.

    With God’s love,

    Kelly Dotson

  18. Charlie,Ross,Luke,Sonnie,JoeWade,Eva and Kay,

There are no words to describe what we feel or what you feel. Just know that Deb loved all of you with all of her being. Her strength of character(and what a character she was),dedication and commitment to God and family and her great sense of humor will always be remembered. All of you have exemplified the strengths of faith that she instilled in you. She prepared you to be able to go on with life and we know that you will, to honor her memory. I, personally,(Sandra) will always be grateful for the way she could one-up Jerry. That will never happen with anyone else.Much, much more could be said, but will not at this time. You know we love you and are here, always. Deb was our soulmate, and so are you!

Much love and sympathy and hope for tomorrow!!!

    Sandra and Jerry
