Carl Michael Malski

Carl M. Malski, 81, of Asheville, died Thursday, February 17, 2000 in a local health care facility. Mr. Malski was a native of Boston, MA. He was a US Army veteran during WW II. He was a former employee of TVA and retired from International Telacom in Asheville. He was the Husband of Betty Jane Brown Malski who died in 1994. Surviving are four sons, Paul DeRanek and his wife Julia of Kansas City, MO, Dennis DeRanek and his wife Diane, Ed Horgan and his wife Connie, all of Asheville and C. Michael Malski of Amory, MS; four grandchildren, Jason DeRanek, Chris Horgan, Cassandra Moore, and Shannon Vittone and three great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 20, 2000 in the Chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian.
