Amy Stephens Case

Fletcher ~ Amy Sue Stephens Case, 73, of 264 Lewis Road, died Monday, March 8, 2004 at her residence. A native of Jackson County, Mrs. Case was a daughter of the late Alice Coggins and John Stephens. She was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Kimberly Case. Mrs. Case retired from C.P. Clare in order to care for her late mother and father. She was a member of Fletcher First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Benny "Mont" Case of the home; a daughter, Elaine Shelton of Fountain Inn, SC; a son, Melvin Case of Arden; one grandchild, Bryan Case; three step-grandchildren, Melissa, Jason and Theresa; one great-grandchild, Marshall and two step-great-grandchildren, Ethan and Kaitlyn. A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 3:00 PM at Fletcher First Baptist Church with Rev. Roy Waldroup officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Shepherd Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Frank Creasman, Kenny Roberts, John Guinn, Don Youngblood, Jason Gibbs and John Pickard. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the church.
