Asheville ~ Alice E. Rentell, 85, of Woodfield Drive, Asheville, died on Thursday, April 7, 2005 in a local health care facility.
A native of New haven CT., Ms. Rentell was the daughter of the late Gustav and Augusta Winat Rentell. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Helena Hoepfner and a brother, Arthur Rentell. She worked most of her life as a trust account officer in Hamden, CT.
She is survived by her sister, Lillian Kain of Asheville; two brothers, Edward J. Rentel and Robert T. Rentell both of Clearwater, FL.
The family will receive friends Saturday 7:00 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday in Hamden, CT.
Burial will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park in Hamden, CT.
