Alice Ayleen Wiess met her Wonderful King, face-to-face, on November 16, 2008 at the age of 91 in Fairview, NC.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary Lou Tatsch, three grandsons, and one great-grandson.
Friends may call at Groce Funeral Home, 1401 Patton Ave., from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21. A celebration of His care for her will be held on Saturday, November 22, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene, 385 Hazel Mill Road. Interment will be at Union Cemetery, in Columbus, OH.

So sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing but know that she is in glory with our Lord now. She was such a sweet lady and we will miss her lovely smile.

Kathleen and I are saddened to learn about Ayleen’s death. It must have come suddenly because your E-mail message of last week did not indicate a looming crisis. I hope that your grief will be short-lived, but I know the pain must be sharp now. We expect to have similar grief in the near future. Kathleen’s mother is quite fraile and we hope to see her in New York at Christmas. We’ll be in contact again when things settle down. Bob Wright
