Randall "Randy" Hipshire

Randall “Randy” Hipshire, age 76, passed away May 31, 2026 at his home. Randy was born October 24, 1949 in Asheville, NC, to the late Clay and Betty Hipshire. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert Mack Hipshire and brother, Danny Lee Hipshire.

Randy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and brother-in-law. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and enjoyed hunting and living on the lake.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 55 years, Kathryn Hipshire; sons, Steven Randall Hipshire, Jeremy Lee Hipshire, Joshua Paul Hipshire; sisters, Sandra Moss of Asheville, NC, Cynthia Carroll of Long Beach, CA; brother, Rudy Hipshire; grandchildren, Damien Hipshire, Amanda Hipshire, Randi Hipshire, Jesse James Hipshire, Billy Hipshire, Brianna Hipshire; special friend, George Hughes; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

It was Randy’s wish to be cremated and no formal services held.

The family of Randall “Randy” Hipshire has entrusted his care to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, Tennessee 37683.
