Zachary Michael Salomon, 10 year old son of Daniel and Rebecca Connell Salomon, died unexpectedly Monday, October 29, 2018. Born January 20, 2008, Zachary was a fifth grade student at Artspace Charter School. In addition to his parents, his family include his brother, Tyler Craig; maternal grandmother, Gloria Spude (Don); paternal grandparents, Ken and Linda Salomon; maternal grandfather, Paul Connell; uncle, Michael Connell (Amber) and cousins, Finley and Ella Jo Connell. A memorial service will be conducted by the Rev. Dr. Michael McFarland at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Lutheran Church.

  6. My Son Peyton absolutely loved and adored Zachary and considered him his best friend! His smile lit up the classroom and he will be ever so missed by everyone. My thoughts and my heart and everything that I have go out to you at this time and for all the days to come!

  7. Zachary was my student this year at ArtSpace. His smile lit up the room. His friends remember him as kind, funny, and smart. They told stories of the funny things he would do to make them laugh. We will miss Zachary for all the days to come, but his legacy will live on through the lives of his classmates. My deepest condolences go out to his family at this time.

  10. I have so many memories of Zach. I loved him! There were times I wanted to pinch his cheeks, and other times I wanted to hug him to pieces. He was a smart, talented boy with so much to offer the world. I hate his life was cut so short. He will forever be in our hearts and minds. Thank you for sharing such an amazing young man with us.   25. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your son Zachary. I am kendall Moores grandma. I had the pleasure of meeting zach a few times. He was so polite and such a happy child. He made me laugh with his sense of humor. He will truly be missed. He was kendall’s best friend and he truly loved him. If there is anything we can do please don’t hesitate

  27. I had the pleasure of meeting Zachary last school year on a field trip with Keaton’s class, and the one thing that stuck in my head was how curious and friendly he was. Oh, that smile….how could you miss that! There were a few times Zachary would include Keaton when he would get a reward at school.

    It is always a blessing to think of the amazing people that cross our lives, whether it is for just a moment, or for a lifetime. It is apparent that he touched so many people in his short ten years, and he will certainly be missed by the extended Art Space community.
