Born in: Rockingham County, North Carolina
Resided in: Henderson County, North Carolina

Virginia Frances Bondurant Wray (Ginny) passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family. She is survived by her husband for more than six decades, C. Carroll Wray (Tumpy) and their six children, Mike Wray, Mark Wray, Maury Wray, Michele Bratcher Shore, Christina Wray, and Danielle Wray. Also Virginia was blessed with multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren to love.

Virginia was a kind and peaceful soul who was a delight to know and immediately love. All who were blessed to have known her left her presence feeling loved and important. She always had a smile and a hug to share.

As her body became frail and began failing, her loving heart shined through still smiling until the end.
