Wally, was my brother-in-law! I knew him a long time , ago! Wally, was a quiet, kind, generous man! He was there when I asked him to make me a patio and block wall at my new home! He was very kind to my son, mother and other family members! My mother adored Wally!! When you see mom in heaven, Wally. Tell her hello! Rest in peace, Wally!
