Shannon Renee` (Souther) Cole, 47, of Canton, died Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Mission Hospital.
Born in Henderson County, she was the wife of the late Ronald Cole, and the daughter of Jerry Lee and Juanita Janey (Beck) Souther “Becky” of Fletcher.
Shannon enjoyed everything outdoors, including gardening, flowers, John Deere tractor pulling, and auto racing. She loved animals and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Chris Souther of Fletcher, and her boyfriend Max Fuller and his son Chris of Canton.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Fletcher First Baptist Church in Fletcher with Revs. Roy Waldroup and Gunne Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Hoopers Creek Cemetery. Friends will be received at the church from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM prior to the service.

So sorry about your loss. She was the sweetest girl. I went to TC Roberson with her. It was a pleasure to meet her moma and brother today at the florist. You guys are in our prayers.
Javier & Shannon are in Heaven with Jesus right now. We will miss them now but see them again soon. Only 10 weeks between their departures & we both loved your family so much. We were so blessed by their wonderful souls & beautiful smiles that we will remember forever. Neighbors that loved yal.
