Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My thoughts and prayers are with the family of one of the sweetest, kindest women I have ever known. She was a wonderful, greatly loved teacher.

    • Sara was a wonderful friend for many years. She and my late hubby graduated in the same class at Enka High School. Alvin and I were on the staff of Fletcher UMC for a season and Sara and Joe were loving, supportive, and faithful members there. I know she loved the Lord with all her heart. Sara was always so good to “keep in touch” and I am sure going to miss her. To her family: you will have many sweet memories to keep you in the days ahead. His Love, Priscilla Morgan

  2. Sara was a very special lady. I am privileged to have called her my friend.. My prayers go with the family in this sad time.

  3. Prayers to the Hiles family. Sara was always so helpful when my girls were small and she was a wonderful lady. Joe and Sara were always so sweet to me and my family. She will be greatly missed.

  4. Krista and Kara, We just want to let you know how sorry we are for the loss of your mom and our friend. We have many great memories from the first time we met her as Nicole’s teacher and the years of friendship that grew from that. The trips to the Outer Banks and the time spent together, either helping fix something on the house or your dad’s boat. She will always have a place left empty in our hearts. We know that she is forever happy in Heaven now.
Love, Billy, Carole and Nicole McClure

  5. Sara and I have worked and played together for over 40 years. We have laughed together and cried together. We have rejoiced when our grandchildren were born and told each other all the wonderful stories about them. Sara
is one of the most beautiful people I know—inside and out. You girls are so blessed to have had her for your mother. Today the world is a sadder place without her and heaven is a happier place!🌹🌸❤️
