Sara Emily Lapp, 26, of Asheville, died Saturday, June 3, 2017.
Born June 7, 1990 in Ohio, Sara was the daughter of Wanita Miller and of the late Samuel Lapp. She was a graduate of Reynolds High School.
In addition to her mother, Sara is survived by her maternal grandmother Mary Miller (the late Wayne E. Miller); paternal grandfather Samuel Lapp (the late Sarah Blank Lapp); brothers, Javan Anthony Lapp and Samuel Matthew Lapp; and lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Sara loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Asheville Mennonite Church, 49 Bull Mountain Rd., Asheville, with Pastor Sanford Yoder officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hills Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.
