Rita Parrish, 68, of 7 Sand Hill School Road, Asheville, died Friday, February 11, 2000, at Park
Ridge Wellness Center, Fletcher.
Miss Parrish was born in Swain County and was a daughter of the late Ruth Parrish McLean. She was retired from Wachovia Bank and was a member of Central United Methodist Church.
She is survived by an aunt, Margaret Parrish and four cousins, Hazel Revis, Amanda Revis, Don Rhea, and Rheba Brown.
Services will be 11:00 am Monday at Pisgah View Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Christy Harley officiating.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is in charge of the arrangements.
