Patricia Caldwell Clontz, 72, of Asheville, died Saturday, July 11, 2015, at the St. Joseph Campus of Mission Hospitals.
A native of Buncombe Co., Mrs. Clontz was a daughter of the late Rev. Willard Stephen and Decie McHone Caldwell. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Jamie Myers; and brothers, Charles, Bob, and Rev. Steve Caldwell.
Mrs. Clontz was a longtime member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. She loved simply spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.
Mrs. Clontz is survived by her husband of 56 years, Paul J. Clontz, Sr.; daughter, Becky Lindsey and husband Tommy; sons, Jimmy Clontz and Matthew Clontz and wife Kim; sister, Willie Clara McHone; grandchildren, Andi Case and husband Bryan, and Luke, Jacob and Zack Clontz; and great-granddaughter, Khloe Clontz.
A funeral service for Mrs. Clontz will at 3:00 p.m. Monday at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Avenue with Pastor Bob Willis officiating. Interment will follow at Pisgah View Memorial Park.
Her family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
