Nancy Lee Gasperson

Nancy Lee Gasperson, 65, of Candler, died on Monday, March 14, 2016, at Pisgah Manor Health Care Center. A native of Buncombe Co., Ms. Gasperson was a daughter of the late Earl Clinton and Allie Kyle Gasperson. She was also preceded in death by her sister, June Caldwell, and brother-in-law, Richard Sensing. Ms. Gasperson is survived by her sisters, Donna Sensing, Betty Reed and husband Robert, and Shirley Bostic and husband Wade. She is also survived by those who knew her as "Aunt Granny": nieces and nephews, Kimberly Olkowski and husband Steve, Kelly Sensing, William Wolfe and wife Jennifer, and Andrew Fox; and great-nieces, Madison and Brianna Wolfe. The graveside service for Ms. Gasperson will be at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday at Avery's Creek Christian Church Cemetery with Paynes Chapel pastor, Rev. Brandon Turner, officiating. Her family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
