A native of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of the late Minnie Dotson. Minnie was also preceded in death by her husband, Blaine McKinley Williams, who died in 2003. She is survived by a large extended family and friends.
Minnie will be buried beside her husband at Arlington National Cemetery.
