Michael “Mike” Ray White passed away in his sleep on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

He inspired his children to be the best that they could possibly be, and loved them and his grandchildren with all his heart.

He is preceded in death by his father (Paul S. White) and sister (Tamarah “Tammy” K. Maxwell). He is survived by his mother Gayle White, his brother James “Jimmy” White (Martha), his son Dennis White (Melissa), his daughter Caroline Blevins (Roman), and 5 wonderful grandchildren.

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Best Friends since Valley Springs elementary school, went to the US Navy together and stayed in-touch our whole lives. Michael was gentle of soul but housed a fierce Warrior Spirit. I shall never have another in my life as Michael was. He set the bar for the saying “no one gets to make new Old Friends”. The world has lost a mortal light, but the Lord has a powerful devoted loyal Warrior by his side now. Rest easy old Friend, you paid the price, you answered the call, job well done, I’ll see you shortly, all my Love Brother ♥️ 🙏

  2. My condolences to your family. Mike and I were friends when he lived on Shady Oak Dr. in Biltmore. I have many memories of our time together.
