Martha Ann Lunsford Clark

Martha Ann Lunsford Clark, 84, of the Riceville community, died on Sunday, November 29, 2015, at the Laurels of Summit Ridge. A native of Buncombe Co., Mrs. Clark was born on March 30, 1931 to the late Melvin and Nola Spivey Lunsford. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Clark is survived by her husband of 59 years, Chester F. "Frank" Clark; daughter, Jill Clark White and husband Gary, of Carrollton, TX; son, Michael Clark and wife Wanda, of Thomasville, NC; grandchildren, Lindsey Nichole White and Bradley Dallas White; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Clark's family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church. A graveside service officiated by Pastor Terry Duckworth will immediately follow in the church's cemetery. Groce Funeral Home on Tunnel Rd. is assisting the family.
