  1. Matt, Abby and family,

My deepest condolences on Marta’s passing. To her family and friends may you find comfort in the memories you shared. Her gentle nature and smile will be ever present in those that knew her and were fortunate to have been a part of her life. She will be missed but never forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Marta…thanks for being part of my life. Love and miss you.

  2. I had the pleasure of working with Marta as the Nurse Manager on the Traumatic Brain Injury Unit for many many years at Kernan Hospital in Maryland. She was the most compassionate nurse ever. I promise you, you wouldn’t find anybody better. This is a horrible loss and I’m heartbroken. Her patients, their families and her staff loved her. So did I…..

  3. Marta you will be missed. Such a great, kind woman and inspiration to all of us. You left a place in my heart. ❤️

  4. Marta has a special place in my heart. She will always be remembered as being the most kind and generous person that I’ve ever known. She never met a stranger and I will love her always.
