Uncle Sid, Jennifer and Matthew, my prayers and thoughts are with you.
To Sidney and all the family, we are so saddened to hear about Kay’s Passing! A Beautiful Lady, Friend and Classmate of ours! Our Thoughts and Prayers to you all! We will not be able to attend the Funeral but prayers of Comfort, Peace and Strength for you all🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😢😢😢❤️❤️❤️❤️ love, Clarence and Judy Owenby❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
I remember Kay from childhood. Her brother Johnny played ball at West Buncombe with my brother Walter, and my Sister Juanita played Basketball with her sister Dean. Then we came along about ten years later and Mr, Jackson coached Kay and myself in the 7th and 8th grades. Kay went on and played very good at Erwin. That is when Girls basketball changed and started playing the entire court and not 2 forwards and 2 guards on half court. Going back even further. Kay and myself are the only two girls that were picked by the boys at recess to play
baseball with the boys at West Buncombe. I would not take anything for the memories. May God Bless this family.
So sorry to read that she passed away. My prayers for the family during this time of grief.
Blessings to Linda and Family. Much love,
Erin
