Kenneth Merrill

Winterville, GA – Kenneth Merrill, 85, died November 3, 2013. Kenneth was born in Elizabethton, TN but considered himself a native of Asheville. He was the son of the late Ervin Marcus and Laura Allen Merrill and was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Merrill. Graveside services will be Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 11:00 am at Tweeds Chapel Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Janie Merrill of Lexington, SC; four children, Daniel (Wendy) Merrill of Charlotte, NC, Diane (Eddie) Bouknight of Winterville, GA, David Merrill of Roswell, GA and Susan (Lee) Perdue of Duluth, GA; brother, Lewis (Marie) Merrill of Asheville; two grandchildren, Jennifer Merrill and Ginger Perdue. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice. Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian is assisting the family.
