June was a wonderful friend. Our happy high days have never been forgotten. Deepest sympathy to you, Mary, and the rest of the family from Daniel and me.
So sad to learn of June’s passing. I have many wonderful memories of our high school and college days. She and I were roommates at WCUNC our freshman year; happy times indeed! Thoughts and prayers for each of you her family as you grieve her deep loss. Bob and I treasure having known her and Allen!
Mary Joyce, I am so sorry about the passing of your sweet sister, June. I still remember her when I would come visit at your home growing up. Prayers and love to you and the family. June Dockery
I am so very sorry to learn of June’s passing. We were classmates from first grade at Glady Elementary all the way through senior high school. I have many many memories of our times spent at school and once-in-awhile, outside of school. Those memories will never be forgotten. I send my sympathy to June’s family that I have never met as well as to Mary Joyce and others whom I did know in years past. May your sweet memories bring comfort to you.
June will be deeply missed by us all, such a classy and dignified woman. May God continue to watch over you and continue to guide you during this time of need, Dave, Andrea, Brendan and Rebecca. Our hearts are with you…
Mary Joyce and all the family,
I am so sorry to learn about June. All of you were part of my childhood memories, as my sister and June were classmates beginning in first grade at Glady and I heard about their adventures. I knew you and your sister also. May God bless and comfort.
June was a dear friend. I will miss our talks & sharing the books we were
reading. My heartfelt condolences to her family.
Mary Joyce and Arnold, We are sorry to hear about June. I send my prayers and thoughts to you and the rest of your family Mary Joyce. We are sorry we couldn’t come to the service but I had to go to the Dr. We Love you and Take good care of yourself.
Nineteen years ago, June walked into the used bookstore at Herrick Library in Holland where I volunteer. She had just moved to town and lived 2 blocks down the road from me. She quickly became my best friend. June delighted in her grandchildren’s many academic and sports successes. She had a new love in her life, Lily her grand dog. She loved to read, bake special treats for every occasion, cross-stitch, shop at craft stores, visit a casino occasionally, visit the local Lake Michigan beach and many other interests.
I send my heartfelt condolences to David, Andrea, Rebecca and Brendon, Mary and Arnold and all of June’s extended family. June taught me the true meaning of the words ‘?a Southern Lady’. I’ll miss her every day.
