Juan Vega Garcia, 49, of Weaverville, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015.
Mr. Garcia worked as a machine operator for Anvil Knitware Co., and most recently for Ingles Warehouse. He attended St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
Mr. Garcia is survived by his partner for 23 years Bonnie Kee; daughter, Cecilia Garcia; step-daughters, Brandy and Amanda Kee; step-stons, Jason and Chris Stevens, and Michael and Marcus Kee; 19 grandchildren; 3 step-great grandchildren; one sister; and six brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with Pastor Jason Stevens officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Burial will be in Mexico.
