Joan Louise Hotetz

Asheville ~ Joan Louise Hotetz, 82, died Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the John F. Keever Solace Center. A native Long Island, New York, Joan was daughter of the late Harry Haupt and Daisy Brown Haupt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward George Hotetz who died in 1997. She was a receptionist for Los Madero. Mrs. Hotetz is survived by three daughters, Kathleen Hallaran of Asheville, Terry Velardi of Hillsboro Beach, Florida, Randi Winnegar of Hollywood, Florida and by a sister, Helen Jensen of New Jersey. Joan is also survived by eight grandchildren, Kally, Karey, Kolleen, Katey, Nicole, Andrew, William and Stephen and by eight great-grandchildren, Kevin, Korey, Kiley, Cody, Taylor, Abey, Rylee and Paisley.
