Angela and Kelly, your mother was a true blessing and gift to me. I have many fond memories of being the neighbor next door and how kind both your parents were to me. Just as I missed your father, I will most certainly miss your mother. She was a true matriarch of the community. I am praying God’s strength, comfort, and peace for your entire family in the weeks and months to come. I smile knowing the halls of heaven resonated when she arrived with her voice calling “Glenn Mahaffey where are you?” I smile knowing at last she is home with her beloved. Love you all, Gwen Durham
Dear family,
I am saddened by the grief that you are feeling.
Knowing of God’s love for you, continue looking to him when ” He will wipe all tears from our eyes, death, pain, and suffering will be no more. ” – Revelation 21:3,4
He says death is an ” enemy that will be brought to nothing. ” – 1 Corinthians 15:26
It comforts our hearts to know this pain will be a thing of the past and through Christ a resurrection for our loved ones.
