We were very much saddened to hear that Jim had passed away when we read the paper on Tuesday. We had family from out of town, Elaine was sick and we were unfortunately unable to attend the services. We will miss seeing Jim smile and wave as he passed on his bike or in his truck. We wish we could have spent more time getting to know each other but we will always remember him as a very good neighbor and friend. May God bless all of you.

I was sorry to hear of your loss. Sometimes death is hard to accept because of the grief that comes with it. I hope that you can take courage in the fact that the Bible says that there will be a resurrection (John 5:28,29). We can have the hope of seeing our dead loved ones again. If you ever need encouragement, I have a brochure that I can share with you that provides comfort. It is entitled, When Someone You Love Dies. Please let me know if you want a copy. Please take care of yourselves.
Dear Sue Lane,
I just found out about your husband and I am so sorry. You must be a very strong person because of all that you have been through. He will not put more on us than we can bear and I know it’s hard to believe sometimes. Just trust God and He will bring you through. I’ve never been where you are but I have with my parents and I know it seems like the hurt will never end. I’m praying for you and if you ever need someone to talk to or have lunch just call me. You have my number in our file at the bank or call my work. I would love to see you but I don’t want to ever bother you when you are down so I’ll wait to hear from you.
A friend, Joan Gosnell
