Jim was a compassionate yet strict probation officer; a effective & dependable Magistrate appointed and reappointed many times by me; my favorite fishing companion; and most of all a good & loyal friend. We will not see his equal again.
I also am a member of Calvary Baptist Church and have remembered Mr. Maney since childhood when I was in his Sunday school department. My sympathies to his family.

My fondest memories of your dad are of him at Aston Park Health Care where he and my late husband, Brown Griffin, were residents together. Jim was always so kind and understanding with Brown. He always had good things to say to me about my love and care for Brown.
May God comfort your hearts upon your father’s death. I know that he, along with Brown, is in the presence of our risen Lord. No more suffering and anguish down here. They have won the race!
With my love and sympathy,
Judy Griffin
