Our condolences to the family. I am sorry we could not be there to express our sympathy. We just found out yesterday that he passed away in June. I know it has been a difficult time. It is almost like he was just waiting for his beloved wife so they could be reunited again in the glorious heavens. What a wonderful man he was in my life. No matter how many times we might get yelled at on the court…he always thought we played great. He could always make you laugh. A heart of gold! I know he was your biggest fan sitting in the stands and in life. Our prayers are with the family in the difficult days ahead.
Love,
Robin & Mark Graham

Rich & Kathy,
You know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and we share your loss. Our lives are just a little bit better for having known your dad. Although loss is so painful, it’s appropriate that he should join Maxine so promptly. Love you guys.
Mr. Sizemore made a great impact on the lives of so many children during his time as principal. He led by example and gave so much of his time and energy to make education better. My sympathy to the family and know that God provides comfort and promises to never leave or forsake us.
Please accept our sincere condolences in the loss of Mr. Sizemore. He was a wonderful and gifted teacher.
We send our condolences to the Sizemore family. Hugh was a really great person to know and we are glad we had the opportunity to know him.
Sanford and Alice Lewis
Our prayers are with you.

Mr. Sizemore was my principal at BELL SCHOOL. Haw Creek Elementary School closed, and the new BELL SCHOOL was to open in the fall.
We were greeted by Mr. Sizemore – as we started the 5th grade. He made the new school transition wonderful and always had a smile on his face. I am now 53 years old – and live on Gov. View – back in the homeplace I grew up in – and it is fun to drive up to BELL and remember Mr. Sizemore – and a day that was ‘simpler’ and a school that was like how schools now need to be.
It was a privilege to be a part of what gave Hugh so much enjoyment in his life. It was more special to share time with him at the games after I graduated when I could sit and enjoy his company. Kathy and Coach, I offer my sympathies and prayers to you and your families.
Tom
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
We are so sorry for your loss. We will be thinking about all of you and your families. Much time has passed since we were there but a part of our heart will always be there. All the Mishoes send all their prayers to you. Kris in Kentucky, Sandy in Raleigh, Cindy in Maryland, Mike in heaven, Muff in Cary with Peg. Bless you all.
I have received a lot of satisfaction knowing that so many of my family members have touched the lives of young people through careers in education. Uncle Hugh was one of those persons. He will be greatly missed.
God bless his kind and happy soul. I will always remember the great times after church when I would go with Kathy and spend the day. We miss him but I am happy that Uncle Hitch and Maxine are together again. I’m blessed to have known him.
