Vickie, my heart goes out to you at this time. May you feel God’s love and peace.
So sorry for your loss. May the God of comfort bring hope and peace to the family during this difficult time.
Mrs. Hawkins and her family have been customers of mine for 25 years I celebrated 50th wedding anniversary to doing flowers for Houstons passing, I truly loved Mrs. Hawkins. My Dear Daddy and Mrs. Hawkins went to see Jesus the very same day He took two of the most wonderful people on earth at the same time .Cathy and Vicky may God give you comfort .
To the Hawkins Family:
I remember Mrs. Hawkins very well. She and her husband were always kind to me when I was the principal of T. C. Roberson High School. Every school should have supportive parents like the Hawkins. Mrs. Hawkins always had a kind and gentle spirit about her. I know that she will be missed. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

You are in my thoughts and prayers. My heart felt sympathy goes out to you and your sister.
Vickie,
So sorry to hear about your Mother. My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your sister. May God bless and keep you.
Vickie, So sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. Praying that God will grant you and your sister the peace that passes all understanding. Take care.
The fact that old Hawks made it to 89 just proves that being as ugly as homemade sin, a fat slob, and dishonest are not impediments to longevity. She bossed old Houston around like he was a dog and he was a veteran to boot! Of course, he was a fat slob also who resembled a stuffed pig with hair more so than he did a human being. As for Vickie and Cathy, they must weigh five or six-hundred pounds each in addition to being as ugly as mud. It is disgusting that an entire family could be such gluttons and so selfish. They should have gone on diets and given that money to charity instead of pretending to be Christians.
