To family and friends so sorry for our loss. He will be missed. He was always a sweet and kind man to me. Lots of memories in our years as friends
I hate to hear this news. I was behind Rat at the redlight on Patton a few months ago. There was a veteran man in a wheel chair sitting in the turning lane holdi a sign. Rat got out and helped move the man and then gave him some cash. This is how I will always remember Rat, he was always helping with a smile on his face. ♥️
