Karen and Judy,
We have many fond memories of your mother, from Sunrise. She was a lady of loving qualities. A lady you called an Angel. Her beautiful smile always greeted you. We can still picture her playing the piano, and singing. Our fondest memories was our days at Sunrise and being a part of the Sharpe Family. May God Be With You Through This Time. Linda and Sandra
To the family of Aunt Gladys,
With deep sadness, I write our condolences of a special lady who we loved dearly. The many talks and visits with her throughout the years has built a mass of memories in my heart. Her laughter and sense of humor was contagious, at best. I loved hearing her sing and play the piano; by her songs, she stirred many people’s hearts. I will always remember, at funerals, she sang, ‘The Prettiest Flowers’ as only she could sing it. In our weekly visits, she said many times, ‘I am ready to go home.’ The prayers that we all said by her bed never left a doubt that she wasn’t ready to meet her Lord. We will miss her.
Love to all of you.

We send our condolences to the family of Gladys Sharpe. She was a very special lady. Gladys always had a smile for everyone and there will never be anyone as sweet as she was. She told me several times that she looked forward to meeting Elmer in Heaven and walking hand in hand down the streets of gold. That is where she is today. I have lost a good friend, but Jesus has gained a wonderful lady. May God bless all of you and give you peace during this difficult time.
Dennis and June Ramsey
May God bless and keep you in the palm of his hand during your time of sadness. Always loved to hear Gladys play the piano and sing when she would come to Clayton Avenue. Hubert and Jean Smith

Dear Family,
We are very sorry for your loss. Hold on to your memories, and let them guide you during this time of sadness. You are in our thoughts and prayers..
I know there is a land. . . .’, I can still hear your mom’s beautiful voice singing her sweet song to the angels above. That same sweet song has given me comfort in George-Bryan’s passing. I feel certain after she hugged your dad and Van and some other loved ones, she found George-Bryan and wrapped her arms around him too. I loved her. Now she doesn’t have to sing to the angels, she can sing with the angels!
